Salesforce Healthcheck

  • Program details

    Our process is quick and dirty:

    • We’ll facilitate a Discovery session with stakeholders to help us understand your goals, successes and roadblocks (1-2 hours depending on complexity).
    • With access to your tech stack, we will audit your implementation; assessing functionality, integrations, segmentation, ongoing and singular campaigns, reports and analytics, as well as any priorities identified in our Discovery (typically takes 1-2 weeks).
    • Urgent bug fixes and enhancements will be prioritized based on short-term business goals, business value, and level of effort. All urgent recommendations will be communicated on a live basis as we audit your tech stack.
    • Our report of findings will come in the form of two pieces of content; a presentation where we will walk your team through our findings, and then a supporting document that can be used as a resource for next steps.

Superstoke will put our 15-years of experience implementing, managing and consulting in the MarTech space to work for you. We’ll start by discovering priorities and challenges and recommend an engagement stack that will scale with your brand.

We’ll help you not only focus your Salesforce investment to drive the most value quickly, but we’ll also help you analyze options for 3rd party technology that includes weighted recommendations uniquely positioned for your business use cases.


    While we are not in control of licensing costs, we will certainly take into consideration approximate fits from a budget-perspective. Guiding our recommendations is an asset we created called a Feature/Requirement Matrix. This is a document that maps your business needs to technology capabilities that includes proprietary, weighted scoring that makes it easy to see how we arrived at our recommendations.

Market Intelligence Sprint

Leveraging proprietary qualitative research tools and systems, Superstoke will guide you through the process of identifying key customer feedback and insights to help inform your engagement strategy.

    Qualitative research, the practice of translating exploratory conversations into structured insights, is our specialty. These studies are particularly helpful for understanding audiences, testing hypotheses, and identifying blindspots. Superstoke conducts four types of research studies:

    • Friction point analyses, to understand challenges that your prospects and customers may be navigating (i.e. with respect to your product, messaging, and broader problem/solution space).
    • Needs assessments, to understand the needs of key people in your market, to ensure that you are providing the best possible solution.
    • Persona development deep-dives, to help you build a detailed, structured understanding of the people you’re trying to reach with your product or service.
    • Landscape assessments, to develop informed opinions with respect to a particular topic.

    More specifically, our team uses a method called Grounded Theory, which was developed in a healthcare research setting. It consists of the development of a research blueprint, a series of 45-minute open-ended discussions for information-capture, and rapid insights synthesis using our proprietary qualitative research system, Listening™. The deliverable consists of an interactive report that ties insights back directly to respondent quotes. You can commission both one-off and ongoing studies.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Quickstart

We will embed highly skilled and experienced marketing operators to help your business establish a framework for optimal customer engagement. MarTech Migrations

Whether you’re migrating from spreadsheets or another MarTech tool or CRM like HubSpot, we’ll embark together on our migration plan that we have a track record of completing successfully.

    Included in our guided process are:

    • A Discovery with stakeholders to learn more about your business goals, painpoints with your current tech stack and processes and hopes and dreams for your new tool.
    • We will conduct a Quickstart which is a fast and light-weight implementation intended to get your new marketing platform up and running at light speed.
    • We’ll rebuild all your assets; from landing pages and forms to emails and website integrations.
    • We also include configuration for business processes such as lead scoring, sales hand-off and lead assignment.
    • Once the tool is ready for use and before we roll-out to users, we will perform a data migration to ensure your new tool has what it needs to, at the very least, replicate what your old tool could do (and more!).
